4. PRODUCT INFORMATION
Images shown online or in promotional materials are for illustration purposes only. Colours, packaging, and minor details may vary.
5. PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices include VAT and are confirmed at the time of order.
Payments are made in 12 instalments:
- First payment on the selected start date
- Remaining 11 payments taken weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
Payments on time are important to your order. Failed payments may result in a delay in you receiving your goods, and you may be required to make further payments.
Default on your account may result in adverse credit for you and restrict your ability to obtain credit in the future.
Should you incur an issue making payments we will attempt to setup a suitable payment plan for you.
Accepted payment methods:
- Direct Debit
- Debit Card
- Credit Card
Missed payments may delay delivery and we may contact you to arrange a repayment plan.
6. SUPPLYING THE GOODS
When you make your order you are deemed to have expressly requested us to begin the supply of your contract and goods during the 14 day cooling off period in accordance with Regulation 36 of the Consumer Contracts Regulation 2013. Should you wish to cancel your order during this 14 day period you can do so by contacting our Customer Services Team.
For the purposes of Regulation 30(3) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you identify and request us to take and retain possession of the goods from the date that your order is accepted (and you have paid the initial amounts in accordance with these terms) for an introduction period of four to six weeks whilst we get to know you as a customer.
Delivery charges will be confirmed before completing your order if applicable.
Delivery timeframe will be 10 working days from you making your required payment for dispatch.
Following the initial introduction period (approximately four to six weeks), we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.
If a product becomes unavailable we may offer:
- A suitable replacement
- A full refund
7. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
You may cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
By placing your order and accepting these Terms at checkout, you expressly agree that your 14 day cancellation (cooling-off) period begins on the date you place your order, in accordance with Regulation 36 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. As we begin processing your order and reserving stock from that date, a £20 restocking fee applies to any cancellation made within the 14 day cooling-off period, in addition to the non-refundable £4.99 activation fee taken at checkout. Cancellations made outside the 14 day cooling-off period are treated under Section 8 below.
If goods are faulty or misdescribed you may have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 including:
- Refund within 30 days
- Repair or replacement within six months
- Potential compensation for up to six years if goods fail prematurely.
8. RETURNING GOODS
Returned items must be unused and in brand new condition.
If cancellation is not due to our error, you may be responsible for return costs.
Cancellation and refund requests are only available for orders where the goods have not yet been dispatched. Once goods have been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled until it is fully paid.
The following processing deductions apply to all cancellation refunds:
- Within the 14 day cooling-off period (measured from the date you placed your order): a £20 restocking fee applies. This covers the reservation, handling and restocking of goods allocated to your order from the date of purchase.
- Outside the 14 day cooling-off period: a £40 processing deduction applies.
The £4.99 initial payment taken at checkout (card verification and order activation fee) is non-refundable in all circumstances, including where the order is subsequently cancelled by you or by us. This amount, together with the applicable £20 restocking fee or £40 processing deduction above, will be deducted from any refund or store credit issued.
You will also have the option to use the full balance paid (less the non-refundable £4.99 initial payment and any applicable processing deduction) as store credit towards another order, valid with us for 12 months.
9. OUR RIGHT TO END THE CONTRACT
We may terminate the contract if:
- payments remain unpaid for more than 30 days
- required information is not provided
- delivery cannot be completed

- Cancel the order and issue a full refund of any payments already made
We are under no obligation to fulfil any order where a pricing error has occurred. If the correct price is higher than the price shown, we will contact you before processing the order to give you the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel.
